ABOUT
ME

Passionate About Inspiring Others
Sometimes what we feel and experience can be just beyond the reach of words. Imagination and creative expression can act as a bridge to help us to begin speak what is true for us, and start to envision and explore new ways of living, being, and connecting. We have the power to activate our own inner healer.

The arts are inherently healing, whether engaging in them yourself or experiencing the work of others. Humans have used the many forms of art to communicate, express, inspire, and transform ourselves across time and culture. As a guide and a witness to your process, I will follow you or your child, honoring your time, your deeper knowledge, and your unique path.
In my years of practice, I've had the privilege of supporting children and adolescents struggling with the effects of trauma and adverse experiences, and behavioral and emotional diagnoses. I've also supported adults managing depression and anxiety, chronic severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and traumatic experience. Using the creative process and active imagination through art making, sandtray work, and traditional verbal therapy, I have been honored to play a role in the journey and healing process of hundreds of people.
In addition to my therapeutic practice, I've also had the opportunity to build therapeutic creative arts and wellness programming, and guide and mentored young professionals in the counseling field. I am able to provide all of required supervisory hours for those seeking registration and board certification as an art therapist (ATR-BC) for those seeking licensure as a professional counselor (LPC).
